how to start a rental...
Rentals must be reserved at least two weeks before desired pick up date. The rental starts on the date given in your order and will be held for 7 days following the "ready" date.

The deposit covers the cost of the rented items should they not be returned or damaged beyond reuse. Use the diapers for as long as you need them. When you return the diapers, we calculate your refund based on how many weeks you rented and how you'd like to receive your refund.
weekly rental rates:
$15/week if accepting a refund in store credit
$18/week if accepting a refund to credit card
Rentals may be picked up in-store for free or shipped nationwide for a shipping fee. Return shipping is the responsiblity of the customer. Mid-week returns are pro-rated by the day.
possible return fees:
- deep cleaning/stain treatment <12 items: $25
- deep cleaning/stain treatment >12 items: $45
- replacement: wholesale cost
returning a rental:
When you're ready to return the rental, it's best to bring it back during our Cloth & Carry Support Hours. During these hours, an educator is available to evaluate the diapers and process your refund right away.
If you need to return the rental outside Cloth & Carry Support Hours, a manager will count the diapers and put them aside for an educator process during the next Cloth & Carry Support Hours.
